Instructions for returning the product
Consumers have the right to cancel this order within 14 days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the time you or a third party other than the carrier named by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the contract by completing a completed withdrawal form, such as by mail or email.

We will acknowledge receipt of your opt-out form as soon as possible. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send a notice that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of return
If you cancel this order, we must refund all payments we have received, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the product and making sure of its quality. The returned product must not be damaged and with visible signs of use. The goods must have their original packaging preserved. The exception is the additional costs incurred because you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery option we have offered.
Refunds will be made using the payment methods you selected for the original transaction (such as a transfer from you and a refund to the current account from which you made the payment). Exceptions require additional agreement. There will be no charge for the refund process.

Goods delivered directly by the manufacturer must also be returned to the sender’s address. Before returning the product, please contact us to rule out misdirection.
The direct return costs must be borne by you. It is estimated that the cost in Latvia is about 14.00 euros, but in Finland – about 42.00 euros. If the goods suffer from a possible loss of value due to careless and irresponsible operation, these losses are at your expense.
